Are your shows really family-friendly?

Are your shows scary?

No, our shows are comedies, and even though someone is killed, the situations around the murders are to die for!  There is silliness and nothing to be afraid of.

What are your shows like? What can I expect?

Our shows are like an interactive Game of Clue. They are very interactive; do not be surprised if the characters chat with you before the show. If you listen to what they are saying, you may can figure who is a killer.

Do you serve alcohol?

No, we not sell or serve alcohol, but you are allowed to bring it in and our servers can provide ice, wine glasses, corkscrews, and other setups.  We do not charge a fee for this service, and ask that you do not bring in coolers.

Come as you are...or dress to impress.  No code enforced.

Do your shows or show times ever change?

No, we have a regular rolling schedule, which is as posted on the Home page. The casts are always changing though, so be sure to check out your favorite shows more than once!

Will shows ever be cancelled?

Unfortunately, yes. We do sometimes experience technical problems with our equipment (and actors) that require us to cancel a show. If you have already purchased tickets, then we can move you to a different date or refund your money.

If I decide not to come to a show that I paid for over the phone or online, do I get a full refund?

No. We can move your reservation to another date. But if the show has been cancelled, we can give you a full refund.

What will the charge for online tickets show up as on my credit card statement?

Our online tickets are sold through a company called Ticket Biscuit. The charge will show up under that name and not Vaudeville Cafe.
